VI COMMANDO

Prt. Gordon V. Fleming, formerly of the C.L.Y., served with No.3 Troop of No.6 Commando from, at least, early 1944.

Prt. Gordon Fleming was Wounded In Action and evacuated back to the UK following the friendly fire incident that occurred during the Fighting Patrol near Le Plein on the evening of the 21st/22nd July 1944.
